Alex Valves Automation manufactures Disc Check Valve in Wafer Construction having Spring Loaded Disc. Being Flange less and Sandwich Type Single Disc Spring Loaded Check Valve allows them to be installed between any flanges of different standard and in any position; including vertical pipelines where the fluid flows downwards.
The Wafer Type Single Disc Check Valve consists of four main components, the body, a disc, a star guide and a spring. The Disc check valves are opened by the pressure of fluid and closed through compression spring as soon as flow stops thus preventing reverse flow.

Wafer Type Spring Loaded Disc Check Valves is also available with Zero Leakage by the use of Soft Seat. Alex Valves Automation Disc Check Valves is available in sizes up to 6” (DN150) Size and Pressure Rating up to PN40.
