Alex Valves Automation offers Straight Type Replacement or Spare Rubber Diaphragm in Natural, EPDM, Neoprene, Butyl, Nitrile, Hypalon, Viton, Silicone, PTFE Backed by EPDM / NEOPRENE / VITON for Straight Through KB Type Diaphragm Valves.  Alex Valves Automation diaphragms can be relied on to provide peace of mind. And superior return on investment no matter what the application.

DN 15 to DN 300 (Screwed) assembled by screwing the diaphragm stud into the compressor thread. DN 15 to 200 (Bayonet on request) assembled by rotating the diaphragm insert into the compressor and rotating 90°.

We offer Spare Rubber Diaphragms to suit any leading makes. In all grades of Synthetic Rubbers i.e. Chloroprene (Neoprene), NBR (Nitrile), EPDM, Butyl, Hypalon, Viton. The Diaphragms have Nylon Fabric reinforcements and screw type MS studs.
